Dump semi trailers are suitable for the transportation of bulk scattered goods such as coal, ore and building materials. Answer: This is caused by the reverse connection of the solenoid valve that controls the lifting. There are three ways to exclude: 1) the wiring of the lifting and descending switch on the adjusting instrument panel; 2) the wiring of the solenoid valve to control the lifting and descending; 3) the two pipes of the adjusting and distributing valve. 2. the dump truck does not lift?

Answer: the dump truck does not lift and check the following parts. Check the power harvester: first see whether the transmission shaft connected with the oil pump is rotating, if not rotating, indicating that there is a problem in this part of the power harvester (the solenoid valve or the power harvester itself has problems); if rotating, indicating that the power harvester is not a problem, should be further down.

Check the oil pump: (1) whether the oil pump is in the right direction. Put out the left hand, thumb on the pump spline, and the other fingers to the same direction of rotation, for the left-hand pump, and vice versa for the right-hand pump. 2. Is the oil pump damaged? Oil pump wear, will cause the oil pump's high and low pressure cavity connected, unable to pump oil.

Troubleshooting and distributing valve: (1) whether the air pipe on the distributing valve is gas. Press the lifting, lowering switch, and whether the two pipes on the distributor valve have air. If there is no air, it is indicated that the solenoid valve should be replaced if the solenoid valve that controls the lifting is faulty. 2. Whether the distribution valve is damaged. 3. is the lifting speed of the carriage adjustable, and whether the automatic descent is faster is it a malfunction?

Answer: the lifting speed is not adjustable. Falling too fast is a malfunction.

4. what are the important hydraulic components of the hydraulic lifting system?

Answer: Oil pump - fuel supply; One-way valve - control the flow of oil; Distribution valve (rotary valve) - control the lift and drop of the car box; Cylinder - generate thrust.

5. how to solve the climbing problem in lifting process?

Answer: Sometimes in the process of carriage lifting, there will be climbing phenomenon, this phenomenon is mostly due to the hydraulic system air intake, cylinder filled with oil and gas mixture caused. 6. why gear pumps have "beating teeth" phenomenon? How to exclude?

Answer: sometimes when the take-off force takes force, the gear pump sends out a quick "click". This is mostly due to insufficient oil intake. This phenomenon may be caused by the fine intake pipe of the oil pump or the collapse of the intake pipe. The intake pipe with high strength and hardness (steel wire in the tubing) should be thickened, and the dump truck with a period of time may be caused by the aging of the intake pipe and the collapse of the filter screen at the outlet of the tank, resulting in the collapse of the intake pipe. It's not good. If all may have been excluded, then only oil pump damage, should promptly replace the oil pump.
