Skeleton container Semi Trailer

The skeleton container transport vehicle is a container transport semi-trailer frame and one is the flat type. Frame type driving is welded by longitudinal beam, crossbeam and front and rear end beams. The longitudinal beam is welded by 16Mn submerged arc welding of high quality steel plate into I-shape (main dimensions 450, 500). The crossbeam is punched by high quality steel plate into groove shape. The front and rear end beams are welded rectangular section. A long monolithic beam is arranged at the position of the intermediate container locking device to improve the carrying capacity of the container locking device. The difference between the flat and the skeleton is the addition of the frame and the pattern floor. The frame of the wooden container semi-trailer is all shot peening. The whole frame is assembled and welded on a special positioning platform. It has reasonable structure, high strength and beautiful appearance. A container tightening device is installed on the frame, which can load two standard containers of 40 feet and 20 feet.

The front and rear four container tightening devices are fixed structure, and the middle container tightening device is hidden structure. When loading containers, the locking device of intermediate containers can be lowered below the cargo plane level according to requirements. Mechanical load-bearing devices are mainly selected, such as Baohua 12T, 20T, Fuhua 13T, JOST and so on. Its function is when the traction device is separated from the trailer, it is used to support the ground and bear the load of the front part of the semi-trailer. There are two kinds of supporting devices, single-acting and linkage, which are mainly composed of supporting disc, screw drive mechanism, reducer and control handle. There are three kinds of suspension devices: uniaxial suspension and biaxial suspension. The semi-trailer is equipped with two spare tire frames, which are respectively installed on the left and right sides of the trailer frame, and has a spare tire elevator.
